Your new client intake form is the most important tool we use to assist you. Please complete this form as best you can and fax it to me at 770-393-0240. I will review this form and then contact you to advise you how we see your situation and to discuss your options. I do not charge for reviewing your financial situation.
If we decide to proceed, we will have a head start on completing your paperwork - often we can have a draft petition in your hands (by email) prior to your office appointment.
If you have any problems downloading any of this paperwork, please call our paralegal Yolanda Gaston at 770-393-4985 and she will rush a hard copy to you by mail or fax.
